01. How to Order

On each product page, click “Add to cart” and proceed to checkout.

02. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

  • Orders are usually delivered within 7 days

  • Items ship within 3 business days after payment

  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holiday seasons (Golden Week, New Year, etc.)

International Shipping (EMS or Sea Mail)

We offer two international shipping methods:

  1. EMS (Express Mail Service)

    • Faster delivery

    • Tracking available

    • Recommended for urgent orders

  2. Sea Mail (Surface Mail by Japan Post)

    • Lower shipping cost

    • Delivery may take around 3 months

    • Not recommended if you are in a hurry

International orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment.
Delivery time varies depending on destination and customs.

03. Payment Methods

Available Payment Options

● Credit Cards
VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, American Express

● Cash on Delivery (Japan only)
Available only for domestic orders
(Not available for EMS or international shipping)

 

04. Customs Duties

  • Import taxes, VAT, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility

  • These fees are usually paid at the time of delivery

  • Rates vary depending on the country and item

05. Shipping Fee

Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
When items are added to your cart and you proceed to checkout,
the system will automatically display the shipping fee for your location.

06. Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer preferences.

Returns / Exchanges (Defects or Wrong Item)

Accepted only in cases of:

  • Defective product

  • Damage during shipping

  • Wrong item delivered

Return Deadline

Within 7 days after the product arrives.

Return Shipping Fee

We will cover return shipping costs (cash on delivery) for defective items or mistakes on our part.

07. Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available for ¥500.

＜日本国内＞

  • ご注文受付後、原則7日以内 にお届け

  • 発送は 入金確認後3営業日以内

  • 天候や配送業者の遅延、GW・年末年始により到着が遅れる場合があります

＜海外発送（EMS または 船便）＞

海外発送は以下の2つの方法からお選びいただけます：

  1. EMS（国際スピード郵便）

    • 比較的早い到着

    • 追跡番号あり

    • お急ぎの方におすすめ

  2. 船便（日本郵便 Surface Mail）

    • 送料が安い

    • 到着まで 約3か月

    • お急ぎの方はご注意ください

海外発送は 入金確認後3営業日以内 に行います。
お届け日数は国や税関の状況により変動します。

03. お支払いについて

ご利用いただけるお支払い方法

● クレジットカード
VISA / MasterCard / Diners Club / JCB / American Express

● 代金引換（国内のみ）
郵便局の代金引換を利用
※ 海外発送では利用不可

04. 関税について

  • 関税・通関手数料はお客様負担 となります

  • 通常、配達時に配達員へお支払いいただきます

  • 税額は国や商品により異なります

05. 配送料について

お届け先に応じた送料が自動表示 されます。

06. キャンセル・返品・交換

キャンセルについて

お客様都合によるキャンセル・返品はお受けできません。

返品・交換について（初期不良・誤配送）

以下の場合に限り対応いたします：

  • 初期不良

  • 配送中の破損

  • 商品間違い

返品期限

商品到着後 7日以内

返品送料

不良品・誤配送の場合は 着払い にてご返送ください。

有料（500円）でギフトラッピングを承ります。
