01 How to Order Products

02 About Delivery
＜Delivery Timing＞
For customers within Japan, we will deliver your order within 7 days after receiving your order (we will ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation). There may be delays in delivery due to bad weather, the shipping company's circumstances, or other reasons. Additionally, during periods such as Golden Week and the New Year, our business days may change.
For overseas shipping, we use EMS (Express Mail Service). We will ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation. For any simple inquiries, please feel free to send us a message via Email. We can also respond in English.

The following credit cards can be used:

Bank Transfer
Please transfer to the bank account below with the same name as the orderer.

Cash on Delivery
We use the cash on delivery service of the post office. (We may use another shipping company.)
＜Payment Deadline＞
Bank Transfer
Please transfer to our designated account within 7 days from the order date. If it exceeds 7 days, it will be treated as a cancellation. We kindly ask you to place your order again.
Convenience Store Payment
Please make the payment within 10 days from the order date. If it exceeds 10 days, it will be treated as a cancellation. We kindly ask you to place your order again.
Cash on Delivery (not available for EMS delivery)
Please pay the delivery person upon receipt of the product.
04 About Customs Duties
Customs duties will be borne by the customer.
The timing of customs duty payment when shopping overseas will be when you actually receive the package.
By paying the delivery person, you will have paid the customs.
The customs duty rate varies depending on the item and the country of import.

05 About Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Once you add products to your cart and proceed to the purchase process, the shipping fees for each destination will be displayed.
06 Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
If there are initial defects, damages during delivery, or incorrect products, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please note that we cannot accept returns (cancellations) due to customer convenience.
Return Period
The return period is within 7 days from the arrival of the product at your address. Please check immediately for any damages upon arrival of the product.
Return Shipping Costs
In the case of initial defects or incorrect items shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs.

The wrapping service is available for a fee of 500 yen.
